Meet the Northern Lights Solar Team!!

Angel L. Ramos
President/CEO

Angel L. Ramos is an entrepreneur and a clean energy advocate who began his first business in the Sales and Marketing Industry with Excel Communications in 2000 as Marketing & Communications in which he maintained team relations and managed members in the company.

Angel L. Ramos later began his career in the Financing Industry acquiring Residential and Commercial Financing, Financing for Project developments, CTP Funding and Financing for Corporate entities. Shortly after his career in financing he supervised and was responsible for the development of the financial teams under his umbrella, which involved Sales, Marketing, Financing and Public Relations, well versed in 3 languages.

In 2007 he Founded Northern Lights Solar Farm, Corp. a Nevada Corporation in the business of Developing, Operating and Maintaining Solar Generating Facilities. In 2007 he also founded The Heart & Solar Foundation, a Non-Profit Organization in the business of providing low-cost energy to schools and low-income families within the United States and abroad.

James S. Toreson
Sr. VP of Bus. Development

James S. Toreson is a serial entrepreneur with a BSEE from the University of Michigan in 1967 with Honors, an MSEE in 1968 with Honors, he completed his PhD coursework at the University of Pennsylvania, and holds a Dr. of Science from UNLV in 1985.

Between 1974 and 1987 James S. Toreson Founded Xebec Corporation in Sunnyvale California, he entered the hard disk controller market with only $5,000 capital. By 1982 the company had grown to $30 million per annum; and, in 1982 the company also won a $300 million contract from IBM. In 1987 he Founded Omnishore as a world class manufacturer of computer components.

In the 1990's James S. Toreson was involved in and Founded many other companies such as: Founder of Onshore in 1990 as a Management Consulting Business, CEO of Chinveseinvestors.com, VP Marketing and Sales of Appiant Technology Inc. a NASDAQ company, VP Business Development of eSpaces as well as Sanctuary Critical Storage Inc. a company in the business of providing Secured mass storage for Internet data centers.

Keith Love
VP of Operations

Keith Love is an Electrical Engineer with over 10 years of experience in Electronics, Including 5 years in hardware design, and design verification and documentation. He has acquired a BSEE from Prairie View A & M University and in 2001 he acquired an MBA in Engineering and Technology Management from the University of Dallas.

In 1997 Keith Love was also involved in the solar car design at Prairie View A & M University for the "97" Sunrayce competition. Mr. Love spent 5 years with Motorola Inc. as a Digital Hardware Development Engineer where he was responsible for the development and technical support of RF and digital hardware in wireless network equipment. He accomplished such task as completing the design of a timing and synchronization FPGA for a 3rd generation wireless system.

Keith Love currently holds a position with Northern Lights Solar Farm, Corp. as a VP of Operations and The Heart & Solar Foundation as well as being the School of Electronics Program Chairperson at ITT Technical Institute.

Kino Padilla
VP Marketing & Public Relations

A visionary communication specialist, Kino Padilla offers his immense talents to further Northern Lights Solar Farm's core initiatives. Born in California and raised in Arizona, Kino now lives in Las Vegas, NV. He has worked with several non-profit organizations and business providing services as a communication specialist.

Kino received two Bachelor of Science degrees in both public relations and advertising from Northern Arizona University, in Flagstaff. Working as a consultant for several companies, his key areas of experience involve business consulting, strategic planning, brand management and event planning. Kino has more than eight years experience in public relations, advertising and expert graphic design.

With his knowledge of Social Network marketing and Web 2.0 technologies, Kino has joined (NLSFC) to raise awareness as well as educate consumers. As a stern advocate for environmental sustainability, he is committed to devoting his talents and services in the best interests of the organization.
